Breach of Privacy Report under investigation

On February 28^th, 2016, around 2:15 P.M. the Overland Park Police Department responded to a business in the 6900 block of W 135^th Street for a breach of privacy report. When officers arrived they contacted the adult female victim. The victim reported that a male appeared to be utilizing his cell phone to take images / video underneath her skirt.

Witnesses and the victim were able to photograph the male and his vehicle, prior to him leaving the scene. Using those images, officers were later able to locate the male’s vehicle in an Overland Park, KS apartment complex.

This morning, around 7:00 A.M., Detectives contacted the male in regards to this incident.

This investigation is still on-going and no further information is available to release at this time.
