The eighth million visitor was recorded at the Deanna Rose Children's Farmstead on Thursday, July 24.

This month, the Farmstead is averaging over 3,000 visitors per day. In fact, attendance during July has been more representative of May when the weather is cooler.

There have been five days with over 5,000 visitors per day, and two days with over 7,000 visitors per day. Last year during the month of July, the average daily attendance was 2,200.

The busiest weekday is Thursday, with Saturday and Sunday the two busiest days of the week.

Thanks to all the families, students and out-of-town visitors for making the Farmstead a nationally recognized amenity.

Also, thanks to Mother Nature for bringing cooler summer weather. No one is complaining.
