Metcalf Bridge between 167th and 179th streets to close

Overland Park, KS - Metcalf Avenue Bridge over the Blue River, between 167th Street and 179th Street, will close at 8:30 a.m. Monday, July 28, and reopen after 5 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 5.

Work during this time includes attachment of a gas service line by a gas company, and application of final surface material on the Metcalf Avenue Bridge over the Blue River.

Alternate north and south routes include U.S. 69 Highway between 151st and 179th streets, and Mission Road.
