An online survey and interactive map are available for anyone to fill out. The survey focus is on the types of improvements that should be contemplated while an interactive map allows you to mark specific routes.

The city is conducting a bicycle study that will focus on creating an environment to promote safer bicycling throughout Overland Park.

A consulting firm specializing in leading bicycle planning studies across the country has been hired to help Overland Park determine the future of its own bike network. Eighty percent of funding for the study is coming from the Mid-America Regional Council; 20 percent from the city.

The study just kicked off three months ago and is in the early stages of gathering data.
